The room was unbearably small, facing a parking lot, with a glaring parking lamp shining into the room, making it impossible to relax. The price paid was outrageous for such poor conditions, especially for a supposed five-star hotel.

The staff made our anniversary special with personalized touches like rose petals and a chocolate cake. Every detail was attended to, exemplifying true luxury and care.

Just an ideal choice for a cursory stop in New Delhi with all in all brilliant value for money. Chef Sun whipped up some amazing Chinese dishes that I truly enjoyed. Avoid the staff during peak hours for a smoother experience.

Consider asking for a room away from the parking lot for better views and to reduce light disturbances at night.

I had an unforgettable time exploring the nearby Humayun's Tomb and National Zoological Park, both just a short walk away. being able to wander through these historic sites and relaxing green spaces truly made my stay memorable. The hotel's luxurious amenities and kind staff made my solo journey smooth and enjoyable, providing everything I needed for a delightful weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful experience enjoying the fantastic breakfast and exploring the stunning views of Humayun's Tomb. The staff catered to all our needs and made our children feel special. The interconnecting room made our stay comfortable and cozy for our family.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more dining options where families can eat together, especially in evenings.

Had a fab time here! The room was super spacious with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was next level, seriously, so many choices. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel special for my husband's bday with cake & drinks. The only hiccup was slow service on our second day—waited way too long for food.

My stay at the Oberoi in New Delhi was a mix of exceptional service and slight hiccups. The rooms are fantastic, featuring iPad-controlled amenities and stunning views of the Delhi Golf Course. I loved the breakfast buffet. it had a wide variety of options, and the shakshuka was a must-try. The staff truly made the experience memorable. I received personalized service from Deeksha at the front desk and Himanshu during breakfast. They remembered my preferences and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. However, I faced a frustrating issue with the WiFi. it kept dropping, and the IT staff had to be called multiple times. This kind of connectivity should be seamless, especially at a luxury hotel. Another minor inconvenience was some persistent noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my peace at times. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance, hospitality, and sublime dining experience make the Oberoi a top choice when in Delhi.
